In the coming months, I will be writing, and encouraging others, to help me explore the maximum potential that technology brings to the trade show industry. It is unfathomable to think that the trade show industry has not thought of using new media to encourage its reach. Using the internet to bring the message of the trade show and its exhibitors is amazing, not to mention simple. But, the internet is only part of the opportunity...
Visit Trade Shows, Inc. is interested in using the internet, DVD, CD, television, television enabled cell (mobile) phones, and other uses to bring trade shows to parts of the world who would otherwise be unable to visit and experience a trade show. This works both ways, however, because now exhibitors may reach out to these visitors, while the visitors reach back.
I encourage everyone to join me in exploring the vast opportunity available to us to enable mass communication on a level not considered before, for the world's 22nd largest industry--the trade show industry.

I cannot wait to see what your company has in store. There are lots of trade shows that occur in my area but I cannot attend because of my job. This will really keep me up with the market ... I'll be watching and waiting. Thanks!
